• Mobile Number: The mobile number registered to your laky22 account must be a valid Pakistani mobile number that is registered in your own name. Mobile numbers used solely for the purpose of receiving OTP verifications must remain active throughout the duration of your account.

laky22 reserves the right to refuse any account registration application at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.

laky22 is required under its gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all player accounts. KYC verification may be requested at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the time of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or when account activity triggers a compliance review.

KYC documentation that may be requested includes, but is not limited to:

• Government-issued photographic identity document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months)

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200 for mobile wallet methods and PKR 1,000 for bank transfers. Minimum deposit for cryptocurrency is 10 USDT or equivalent.
• Own Funds Only: All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. laky22 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned and the depositing account investigated for compliance purposes.
• Currency: Deposits made in PKR will be credited in PKR. Cryptocurrency deposits will be converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation. laky22 is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations affecting crypto deposit valuations.
• Processing Times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited within minutes. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited after blockchain confirmation, usually within 2–5 minutes. Bank transfers may take 15–60 minutes during banking hours.
• Deposit Fees: laky22 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which laky22 accepts no responsibility.

laky22 reserves the right to decline, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit that triggers automated or manual fraud detection alerts, pending further investigation.

Withdrawals from a laky22 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500 for mobile wallet methods and PKR 2,000 for bank transfers.
• Verification Requirement: All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. laky22 will not process withdrawals for accounts where identity, age, or payment method verification is outstanding.

All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in these Terms and the specific terms published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and an individual promotion's terms, the individual promotion terms will prevail in respect of that promotion only.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x) and apply to real money and bonus funds together unless stated otherwise.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses expire within a defined period as stated in the individual offer terms. Unfulfilled wagering requirements and unclaimed bonus funds are forfeited upon expiry.

The following rules apply to all sports betting and cricket betting activity on the laky22 platform, including PSL markets, Test cricket, T20I, ODI, and all other sporting events offered:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed and binding once you have received a bet confirmation reference from the laky22 system. Bets that are not confirmed due to a system error, price change, or connectivity issue are not valid.

The following conditions apply:

laky22's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of all claims arising out of or in connection with a player's use of the platform in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the same period. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by laky22's negligence where such exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.
